1. Cancellation

Orders for physical products can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Spiritual services (Pooja, astrology consultations, etc.) once booked cannot be cancelled but may be rescheduled with prior notice.
2. Refund

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.

Refunds for defective or damaged items are processed within 5–7 business days after product return.

For digital/consultation services, no refunds are applicable once the service has commenced.
3. Payment Reversal
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.
