By accessing the website brahmajnana.in or booking a consultation with Shankar Prasad Shastri, you agree to the following terms:
1. Consultation & Bookings:
All sessions must be booked in advance. Shastriji reserves the right to reschedule appointments based on his availability.
2. Payment & Refunds:
Fees for astrology consultations, Vastu audits, and remedial measures are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or the session has been completed.
3. Nature of Service:
Astrology is a science of interpretation and faith. While Shastriji provides guidance based on 30+ years of Vedic study, his insights are intended as spiritual advice and not as a guarantee of future events.
4. User Conduct:
Clients are expected to provide accurate birth data. Providing false information may lead to inaccurate readings for which the center is not responsible.
5. Jurisdiction:
Any disputes arising from the services provided shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
